Abstract

Inovasi disrupsi adalah bentuk upaya yang dilakukan oleh Line dengan menggunakan cara-cara baru dan berbeda dengan sebelumnya. Dimana inovasi disrusi ini telah membantu Line dalam mempertahankan eksistensi dan mengembangkan produknya dalam industri telekomunikasi. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari perkembangan Line sejak pertama kali diluncurkan pada 23 Juni 2011 hingga saat ini telah berhasil berinovasi dan menciptakan beberapa produk lintas industri dalam satu aplikasi, seperti Line Splitbill, Line Bank, Line Stickers, dsb.
