Chuyển đổi hộ kinh doanh cá thể thành doanh nghiệp trên địa bàn tỉnh Bình Dương

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm xem xét thực trạng chuyển hộ kinh doanh cá thể (HKD) thành doanh nghiệp (DN) tại tỉnh Bình Dương, bằng việc khảo sát 357 chủ hộ. Công cụ Cronbach’s alpha, EFA và phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng. Kết quả đã đưa ra được mô hình 5 yếu tố tác động đến quyết định chuyển đổi từ HKD thành DN, sắp theo thứ tự giảm tầm quan trọng: doanh thu bình quân, kinh nghiệm quản lý, ngành nghề hoạt động, môi trường kinh doanh, tiếp cận tài chính. Mô hình binary logistic tính toán sự tác động của các nhân tố trong việc HKD quyết định chuyển đổi thành DN khẳng định giá trị thực tiễn qua kết quả thực nghiệm thu được. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các gợi ý về giải pháp, kiến nghị đến các bộ phận quản lý có liên quan nhằm khuyến khích việc chuyển đổi từ HKD thành DN tại tỉnh Bình Dương.
