Pemberdayaan Potensi Pariwisata Alam Sebagai Upaya Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi pengembangan wisata alam di Teraga Ngebel Ponorogo dan kontribusinya terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis deskriptif. Metode triangulasi digunakan untuk memudahkan pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa wisata alam berkembang dengan baik di Kecamatan Ngebel Kabupaten Ponorogo dengan potensi wisata alam seperti Telaga Ngebel, Pemandian Air Panas, Kolam Tiga Warna, Air Terjun Ngebel, Wisata Puncak Mloko Sewu dan Kampung Durian adalah Sangat kuat. Disisi lain, kontribusi Wisata Alam terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat disebabkan oleh adanya peningkatan usaha yang terkait dengan destinasi wisata, peningkatan UKM yang signifikan, peningkatan kesempatan kerja, menurunnya jumlah pengangguran dan peningkatan fasilitas umum.
