Abstract

- Mengelola Kekuasaan Kekuasaan yang sah Kekuasaan yang dimiliki seorang pemimpin sebagai akibat dari posisinya. - Kekuasaan yang memaksa Kekuasaan yang dimiliki seorang pemimpin untuk menghukum atau mengendalikan. - Hadiahi kekuatan Kekuatan untuk memberikan manfaat atau imbalan positif. Kekuatan ahli Pengaruh yang dapat diberikan oleh seorang pemimpin sebagai hasil dari keahlian, keterampilan,atau pengetahuannya. - Kekuatan referensi Kekuasaan seorang pemimpin yang muncul karena sumber daya yang diinginkan atau sifat pribadi yangdikagumi seseorang .
