Abstract

Cara mengevaluasi business model pada lingkungan yang nyata membutuhkan sebuah analisis yang kritis dan kreatif, untuk menunjukkan sebuah prediksi yang lebih masuk akal dan tahu cara mengatasinya dalam kebutuhan jangka pendek, maupun kebutuhan jangka panjang. Di sini anda bisa mempelajari macam-macam Business Model yang telah dianalisis dari lingkungannya dari faktor ekonomi, teknologi, permintaan pasar. Keduanya adalah SWOT analysis yang berfungsi menganalisis Business Model Canvas dari pengaruh lingkungan tersebut.
