Abstract

Expo adalah singkatan dari Exposition, yang berarti pameran . Secara garis besar, expo diartikan sebagai pameran perdagangan . Pameran merupakan bentuk periklanan yang unik karena mengiklankan produk secara besar-besaran. expo adalah kegiatan yang menjadi salah satu fokus perusahaan untuk menunjukan produk terbaru dari bisnisnya. Manfaat yang di dapatkan oleh perusahaan dalam mengikuti espo yaitu dapat meningkatkan visibilitas, dapat meningkatkan brand, mendapatkan target konsumen yang lebih tepat, dan dapat meningkatkan mutu peoduk. sedangkan manfaat yang di dapat oleh konsumen yang menghadiri expo yaitu mengetahui banyak bisnis yang bermanfaat bagi konsumen, dapat membeli produk secara offline, dapat mencoba produk apakah sesuai dengan keinginan atau tidak. kegiatan expo samgat bermanfaat bagi UMKM karna dapat membantu untuk berkembang.
