Abstract

Giáo dục đại học Việt Nam đang đứng trước những thách thức trong quá trình phát triển và thực hiện vai trò của mình. Một trong những vấn đề được thảo luận trong suốt quá trình đổi mới giáo dục đại học của Việt Nam là học phí. Học phí đại học tại Việt Nam hiện nay được xác định theo cơ chế chia sẻ chi phí đào tạo với sự tham gia của các thành phần trong xã hội. Tuy nhiên học phí trở thành yếu tố tranh cãi khi mức học phí hiện tại không đủ để chi trả chi phí mà các đơn vị giáo dục đại học bỏ ra trong quá trình đào tạo sinh viên.
