Abstract

LinkedIn merupakan salah satu platform penyedia info mengenai dunia pekerjaan. Berbeda dengan perusahaan serupa, LinkedIn memiliki fitur menarik seperti dapat menjadi tempat pengembangan diri karena menyediakan berbagai macam kursus dan pelatihan lainnya sesuai kebutuhan secara gratis. Banyak pengguna aktif setiap hari melakukan aktivitas networking dan berusaha untuk membangun relasi sebanyak-banyaknya. Baik itu sesama user ataupun recruiter di perusahaan tertentu. Hal menarik yang disediakan LinkedIn, user dapat membangun personal branding hanya dalam satu platform dengan mudah dan efisien. Melalui personal branding user akan lebih mudah dalam menjalin relationship dan melamar suatu pekerjaan. Dari personal branding juga akan memudahkan recruiter dalam menentukan calon kandidat yang pas dengan posisi pekerjaan yang sedang dibuka. Oleh karena itu, sering kali user mendapatkan email pemberitahuan tentang pekerjaan yang match dan sesuai dengan dirinya. LinkedIn banyak memberikan benefit kepada user dengan fitur-fitur menarik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masa kini.
