Abstract

Hakikat Kepemilikan Pemilik hakiki kekayaan adalah Allah SWT. Dengan maksud Allah bisa memberikan harta kepada kita kapanpun dalam jumah sebesar apapun dan juga Allah dapat mengambilnya kapanpun dari kita. Jadi, kita sejatinya hanya dititipkan saja dan mendorong kita untuk mebagikannya kepada orang lain. “Dan berikanlah kepada mereka, harta Allah yang telah Dia berikan kepada kalian.” (QS. An-Nur : 33) Allah SWT menyerahkan kekayaan kepada manusia untuk diatur dan dimanfaatkan “Dan nafkahkanlah apa saja yang kalian telah dijadikan (oleh Allah) berkuasa terhadapnya.” (QS. Al-Hadid :7) “Ambillah dari harta-harta mereka.” (QS. Al-Baqarah :279) Kepemilikan merupakan izin As-Syari‟ (Allah SWT) untuk memanfaatkan zat tertentu
