Abstract

Para wira usahawan sering di hadapkan pada tantangan bisnis yang berat,walaupun demikian pelaku usaha baru terus bermunculan dan berkembang. Sedangkan perusahaan harus tetap menjaga dan menjaga keberlangsungan usaha serta mengembangkan perusahaan. Untuk memenangkan persaingan, perusahaan harus memahami peran sumber daya dan segala proses yang ada agar produk atau jasa yang ditawarkan dapat memuaskan konsumen. Property berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi sebuah negara karena property real estat dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar masyarakat, investasi pada sector property umumnya bersifat jangka Panjang karena nilainya yang akan terus meningkat seiring dengan perjalanan waktu sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Investasi di bidang property juga merupakan jenis investasi yang tidak legang oleh waktu dan memberikan potensi keuangan yang cukup besar dalam jangka Panjang.
