Hubungan Faktor Pendidikan, Keterampilan, Masa Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Camat Poso Pesisir Selatan Kabupaten Poso

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan pendidikan, ketrampilan, masa kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pemerintahan Kantor Camat Poso Pesisir Selatan Kabupaten Poso dan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui faktor yang dominan pengaruh terhadap kinerja. Obyek penelitian adalah pemerintahan kecamatan Poso Pesisir Selatan Kabupaten Poso sebagai populasi sebanyak 40 orang dengan asumsi semua pegawai memiliki kesempatan yang sama. Alat analisis, analisis regresi Chi-Square, guna menghitung pengaruh faktor-faktor motivasi kepemimpinan, pendidikan keterampilan, masa kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pemerintahan kecamatan Poso Pesisir Selatan Kabupaten Poso. Hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa faktor keterampilan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pemerintahan Kantor Camat Poso Pesisir Selatan Kabupaten Poso berdasarkan nilai chi-square (X2) 48,341 dan koefisien kotigensi sebesar 0,739 menunjukan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keterampilan dalam kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan prestasi kerja
