Abstract
The fourth technological revolution has an indelible effect on the way live our lives. In view, Vietnam will surely face many difficulties when education in Vietnam is geared heavily to transfer knowledge, not to develop qualities and competence of learners. While past education models focused on providing learners with knowledge and skills needed to help them become highly skilled people, educators today are more concern with teaching students to study by themselves. Technology development has a great influence on the teachers’ role in the classroom. In the 4th industrial, the education system must focus on developing learners’ qualities and competencies by directing the most appropriate paths for different groups of students to help them promote the potential of each individual. This should be applied at all education and training levels. For higher education, the success of a university is not just the rate of graduates, the ability to find jobs of students or the position on the international rankings, but also the sustainable and long-term development of students, their ability to take risks, their capacity for innovation and creativity. In a study, the author used expert interview method and analysis data statistical of Institute for Scientific Information - Vietnam Academy of Science And Technology, Central Institute for Economic Management. Therefore, the author giving some recommendations for training and development of Vietnam's human resources. ISBN: 978-604-803-9561
