Abstract

SIMPUS merupakan suatu sistem yang terstruktur menyangkut dengan pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, penyajian informasi, analisa dan penyimpulan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai sasarannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai keefektivan penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas yang diterapkan di UPT Puskesmas Gondang, guna membantu pencatatan data lebih cepat, akurat dan efesien, sehingga dapat mengurangi waktu pengerjaan dan menghindari kesalahan-kesalahan yang diakibatkan kesalahan pencatatan data-data yang ada, dalam pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Dengan adanya pemanfaatan teknologi yang di fasilitaskan oleh Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Tulungagung berupakan aplikai SIMPUS berbasis web dengan aplikasi SIMPUSTA ONLINE diharapkan bisa memberikan kemudahan dalam penyimpanan data – data puskesmas dan dalam pembuatan pelaporan puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan melakukan wawancara langsung dengan Kepala Puskesmas, Pegawai Puskesmas, dan pengunjung Puskesmas. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengumpulan data primer berupa wawancara dan observasi dilapangan, dan pengumpulan data sekunder berupa dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen Puskesmas Gondang Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Tulungagung berjalan dengan baik namun sudah mulai mengembangkan dan meningkatkan sistem informasi manajemen Puskesmas di Gondang Kecamatan Gondang Kabupaten Tulungagung dengan berbagai upaya dari Puskesmas bekerjasama dengan masyarakat.
