Abstract

Dorongan dalam meningkatkan kualitas kinerja aparat pemerintahan terus menerus dibahas, dikarenakan banyaknya perombakan sistem yang dilakukan di Indonesia saat ini, bagian birokrasi pemerintahan selaku pemberi jasa pelayanan dan sasaran pokok bagi warga negara, reformasi terhadap pandangan bahwa pemerintah sebagai pemegang kekuasaan kini berubah sebagai pelayan masyarakat. Aspek semangat kerja birokrasi pemerintah juga penting untuk ditingkatkan. Namun, kenyataan yang terjadi saat ini, masyarakat kurang berpartisipasi dalam menyuarakan pendapatnya saat proses pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan dengan langsung atau tidak langsung(perwakilan lembaga). Maka dari itu, dengan penerapan reinventing government, maka pemerintah dapat membangun kepercayaan masyarakat yang lebih baik lagi.
