Các nhân tố tác động đến sự phát triển du lịch MICE tại thành phố Đà Lạt

Abstract

Nghiên cứu tìm hiểu các nhân tố chủ yếu tác động đến sự phát triển du lịch MICE tại điểm đến du lịch Đà Lạt, bằng việc khảo sát 200 du khách du lịch MICE tại các khách sạn lớn. Mô hình đề xuất dựa trên lý thuyết về nguồn lực của điểm đến du lịch, lý thuyết các bên liên quan của du lịch MICE và lý thuyết phát triển. Phương pháp phân tích độ tin cậy Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA cùng với phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng với phương tiện là phần mềm SPSS. Kết quả cho thấy sự phát triển du lịch MICE chịu sự tác động của nguồn lực điểm đến và nguồn lực của điểm đến chịu tác động bởi 4 thành phần được thể hiện theo thứ tự tầm quan trọng: (1) Nhà tài trợ; (2) Người mua; (3) Hệ thống hỗ trợ; (4) Các tổ chức chuyên nghiệp. Nghiên cứu đề ra một số kiến nghị cho các nhà quản lý và các tổ chức kinh doanh của thành phố Đà Lạt nhằm thúc đẩy sự phát triển du lịch MICE tại đây.
