Sự hài lòng sinh viên đối với chất lượng thí nghiệm - thực hành tại Trường Đại học Sài Gòn

Abstract

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá mức độ ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố đến sự hài lòng (SHL) của sinh viên đại học về chất lượng thí nghiệm - thực hành tại trường Đại học Sài Gòn (SGU), bằng việc khảo sát 323 sinh viên năm 2, 3, và 4, công cụ Cronbach’s alpha, EFA và phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng, với phần mềm SPSS 20.0. Kết quả đã đưa ra được mô hình sự hài lòng của sinh viên gồm 4 nhân tố, sắp xếp theo thứ tự độ mạnh giảm dần: (1) Cơ sở vật chất; (2) Sự Đồng cảm; (3) Năng lực phục vụ; (4) Sự Tin cậy. Từ đó, nghiên cứu đề xuất các hàm ý quản trị đến Ban quản lý Khu Thí nghiệm - Thực hành nhằm nâng cao sự hài lòng của sinh viên.
