Abstract

Penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen dalam bidang teknologi informasi dapat membuat semua hal atau dapat menimbulkan efek yang jauh lebih mudah dan membuat semua kegiatan menjadi lebih mudah, lebih terarah, lebih konsisten, lebih jelas, lebih efektif, efisian dan murah. Peran, fungsi, manfaat dan penggunaan media teknologi informasi (terutama penggunaan E-commerce) dalam setiap kegiatan atau proses bisnis juga semakin kuat dan makin baik (Romindo et al., 2019).
