Abstract

Permasalahan yang menjadi fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh pengetahuan produk dan aspek pengalaman nasabah dalam proses pengambilan keputusan memilih kredit pensiunan pada PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk. (BTPN) Cabang Tulungagung. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 nasabah, dengan sampel yang dapat dijadikan respnden penelitian sebesar 92 orang responden, dengan kuisioner yang dilakukan secara aksidental. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji validitas dan reliabiitas, serta Uji regresi linear berganda melalui software SPSS versi 17.0. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan dipeoleh hasil penelitian : (1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara pengetahuan produk terhadap keputusan memilih kredit di PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk. (BTPN) Cabang Tulungagung. (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial antara variabel pengalaman nasabah (X2) terhadap keputusan memilih kredit di PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk. (BTPN) Cabang Tulungagung.(3) Pengetahuan produk (X1) dan pengalaman nasabah (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih kredit di PT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk. (BTPN) Cabang Tulungagung
