Abstract

Là đơn vị trực thuộc UBND Thành phố Hà Nội, sau hơn 60 năm xây dựng và phát triển, trải qua nhiều biến động về bộ máy tổ chức, ngày nay Công ty TNHH MTV Quản lý và Phát triển nhà Hà Nội đã trở thành một trong những doanh nghiệp quản lý và xây dựng nhà của Thành phố. Vì vậy, hơn bao giờ hết, NNL đang trở thành yếu tố quan trọng, quyết định sự thành bại của Công ty. Tuy nhiên, so với các doanh nghiệp và Tập đoàn lớn khác, Công ty vẫn còn một khoảng cách khá xa, không những về quy mô, hiệu quả sản xuất kinh doanh mà còn về chất lượng NNL, yếu tố được coi là năng lực cạnh tranh mang bản sắc riêng biệt của doanh nghiệp trong quá trình toàn cầu hóa hiện nay.
