Abstract

Семейный бизнес оказывает заметное влияние на экономику, поэтому значение семейного бизнеса бесспорно велико. В настоящее время конкуренция и глобализация снижают устойчивость семейного бизнеса. Такая ситуация вредит семейному бизнесу и экономике в целом. Стратегическое управление стало необходимостью в современном мире, где конкуренция растет и глобализируется постоянно. Стратегическое управление применяется для обеспечения долгосрочного планирования практически во всех секторах экономики. Семейный бизнес также может достичь целей в долгосрочном планировании с помощью применения стратегического управления своими предприятиями.
