Abstract

Mengukur kinerja suatu perusahaan harus dilakukan agar perusahaan dapat menilai kemampuannya. Apakah kinerja yang dilakukan memiliki rencana yang tepat atau tidak dan juga untuk mengetahui sejauhh mana hasil kerja perusahaan yang telah tercapai apakah sesuai dengan yang diharapkan atau tidak(Hanuma,2011) Mengukur kinerja perusahaan hanya bisa dilakukanbjikankinerja yang diukur nyata dan dapat diukur. Jika kinerja perusahaan tidak dapat diukur, maka tidak bisa diproses. Cara perusahaan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada dalam periode waktu tertentu yang telah ditargetkan sebagai pencapaian tujuan perusahaan juga sangat mempengaruhi pengukuran kinerja perusahaan. Kebanyakan perusahaan yang ada saat ini mengukur kinerja perusahaannya dengan mengandalkan laporan keuangan. Namun banyak kesalahan yang terjadi jika perusahaan hanya menggunakan laporan keuangan sebagai tolak ukur kinerja. Sehingga diperlukan cara ukur yang menggunakan strategi dalam mengukur kinerjaa dengan tepat setiap tahunnya.
