Optimalisasi Pengembangan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Berbasis Human Capital di Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan pembangunan BIMDesn di Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Karena itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah : 1) Mengkaji kontribusi BUMDes terhadap peningkatan ekonomi desa, 2) Mengeksplorasi permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan BUMDes, 3) Mengidentifikasi potensi desa yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi unit usaha desa, 4) Merumuskan model pengembangan BUMDes berbasis modal manusia Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penelitian secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan merumuskan model pengembangan BUMDes untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat berdasarkan faktor human capital. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik dengan menguji model penelitian melalui path analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1. Kemampuan Individu berpengaruh terhadap Motivasi dan hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Kemampuan Individu terhadap Motivasi dapat diterima. 2. Kemampuan Individu berpengaruh terhadap Kerjasama Tim dan hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara Kemampuan Individu terhadap Kerjasama Tim dapat diterima. 3. Kemampuan Individu berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja BUMDes. . 4. Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja BUMDes. 5. Kerjasama tim berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja BUMDes. Kata Kunci : Human Capital BUMDes dan Kinerja
