Abstract

Analisis industri dan persaingan akan menggunakan alat dan teknik tertentu bagi perusahaan untuk dapat menyesuaikan dengan perubahan dan kemudian membentuk kekuatan dalam menghadapi persaingan.Pengertian industri adalah suatu usaha atau kegiatan pengolahan bahan mentah atau barang setengah jadi menjadi barang, jadi barang jadi yang memiliki nilai tambah untuk mendapatkan keuntungan.
