Abstract

Dưới lăng kính của nguyên lý bán dẫn giá trị kinh tế môi trường, hệ quản trị tri thức SM3D [8], chúng tôi nhận ra rằng chừng nào văn hóa khai thác, văn hóa hưởng thụ lấn át văn hóa kiến tạo, văn hóa giá trị cao [9,10], thì môi sinh sẽ tiếp tục bị suy thoái và hủy hoại. Ở tầm quốc gia, điều này đặt ra thách thức cho ngành văn hóa, giáo dục trong việc xây dựng và ươm mầm văn hóa môi trường (để bảo vệ và cải thiện môi trường) cho các thế hệ công dân tương lai của chúng ta.
