Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk dalam kegiatan bisnis. Komunikasi bisnis digunakan dalam sebuah perusahaan atau organisasi untuk menjalin relasi antar perusahaan. Salah satu jenis komunikasi bisnis yang digunakan di dalam perusahaan yaitu komunikasi bisnis (interpersonal communication) yang merupakan komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh dua orang atau lebih untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu.
