Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan melalui analisis studi literatur, dengan sumber yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jur-jurnal ilmiah, buku dan laporan penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi karyawan. Namun hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi yang diberikan secara tidak langsung memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemehaman tentang pengaruh kompensasi terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan dan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi perusahaan dalam mengembangkan strategi kompensasi yang efektif.
