Abstract

Tidak sedikit bisnis yang belum siap akan gangguan tersebut, termasuk pada industri properti. Saat ini, disrupsi digital sudah sangat menyebar dengan teknologi yang telah terintegrasi dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-harinya. Di industri real estat, perusahaan harus memikirkan kembali bagaimana teknologi dapat mengintegrasi dan mengubah model bisnis mereka menjadi lebih kompetitif di pasar global sehingga dapat menguntungkan perusahaan. Ketika gangguan digital berlanjut, dampak yang akan terjadi pasti akan mengubah real estat. Kunci untuk bertahan dan berkembang dalam tatanan baru ini adalah beradaptasi dengan para pengganggu ini sambil mempertahankan visi inti dan mengembangkan pendekatan fleksibel yang dapat mendorong pertumbuhan.
