Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui zakat harta seperti apa yang harus dibayar oleh petani, apakah zakat ziro'ah (ketika panen) atau zakat tijaroh (ketika menjual), berdasarkan ayat Al-Qur'an. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penafsiran maudu'i (tematik). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa zakat harta merupakan bagian dari harta yang wajib dikeluarkan, agar harta tersebut suci dan berkah. Tujuan atau hikmah disyaratkannya zakat adalah untuk mensucikan jiwa manusia dari penyakit-penyakit kikir, pelit, tamak, rakus; membantu orang-orang miskin dan memenuhi kebutuhan orang-orang yang mengalami kekurangan dan terampas haknya; menegakkan kemaslahatan-kemaslahatan umum yang menjadi pondasi-pondasi umat dan kebahagiaan; membatasi penumpukan harta hanya pada orang kaya, para pedagang dan pengusaha semata supaya harta tersebut tidak beredar atau tertahan dikalangan orang-orang kaya saja
