Abstract

Dalam upaya mewujudkan kinerja bisnisnya, perbankan sebagaimana perusahaan lainnya harus menyusun rencana strategik. Dari sisi praktis, keberadaan rencana strategik sangat penting karena selain akan memudahkan perbankan dalam menyusun rencana tahunan sehingga dapat melaksanakan bisnisnya dengan lebih sistematis dan fokus, juga menjadi bagian penting dalam penilaian kesehatan Bank. Melalui perencanaan strategik yang bersifat jangka panjang ini, Bank dapat lebih mudah dalam menyusun rencana fungsional dari departemen yang ada ke dalam program tahunannya.
