Factors Affecting the Satisfaction of Visitors to Dalat Flower Festival 2012

Abstract

Nghiên cứu tìm hiểu một số nhân tố chủ yếu tác động đến sự hài lòng của du khách khi đến tham dự một festival cấp quốc gia, bằng việc khảo sát 500 du khách tại các địa điểm có tổ chức chương trình biểu diễn của Festival Hoa Đà Lạt 2012. Thang đo SERVQUAL (Parasuraman & ctg, 1988) được sử dụng có điều chỉnh. Phương pháp phân tích độ tin cậy Cronbach’s Alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá EFA cùng với phân tích hồi quy bội được sử dụng với phương tiện là phần mềm SPSS. Kết quả cho thấy sự hài lòng của du khách đến tham dự Festival chịu tác động bởi 5 thành phần được thể hiện theo thứ tự tầm quan trọng: (1) Phương tiện hữu hình; (2) Sự đồng cảm; (3) Sự đáp ứng; (4) Độ tin cậy và (5) Sự bảo đảm. Nghiên cứu đề ra một số kiến nghị cho các nhà tổ chức Festival Hoa Đà Lạt nhằm nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ để làm tăng sự hài lòng của du khách.
