Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan dunia perbankan saat ini masih ditemui berbagai bentuk permasalahan antara bank dengan para nasabahnya, pemberian kredit kepada calon debitur dapat menimbulkan suatu kerugian atau resiko apabila hal-hal yang mendasar sering diabaikan, untuk itu bank harus melakukan langkah-langkah dan prinsip-prinsip didalam dunia perbankan. Tunjuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menganalisis bentuk pengaturan prinisp 5C di dalam pemberian kredit serta mengetahui akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan oleh bank bilamana bank tidak menerapkan prinisp 5C tersebut. Ada berbagai jenis kredit yang dapat di ajukan di bank contohnya kredit tanpa agunan yang bias di ajukan tanpa menggunakan jaminan serta nasabah bisa membayar kredit bisa di lakukan di ATM, transfer antar bank hingga auto debit.
