Abstract

Organizational leaders always need a strategy to optimize the targets set. There are two types of strategies that must be chosen by Leaders, namely long-term strategies and also short-term strategies, each of which has different uses. For the long term it is used as the basis for the company's activities for five years focusing on program plans and activities that must be carried out, while the short term plan is the implementation of a long term plan, which describes in detail what must be done and achieved so that the organization is able to fulfill the vision and mission,
