Penerapan Reinventing Government Di Indonesia

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk memperdalam wawasan tentang penerapan reinventing government (kewirausahaaan birokrasi) di indonesia. Pemerintah di daerah dituntut agar bisa mandiri, usaha tersebut dapat diterapkan agar produktivitas dan efisiensi kerja Pemda bisa dioptimalkan. Oleh karena itu, pemahaman atas cara-cara mewirausahakan birokrasi Pemerintahan Daerah perlu dikuasai oleh aparat birokrasi. Reinventing Government yang sering disebut juga dengan Mewirausahakan Birokrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode studi kepustakaan.
