Peran Kompensasi dan E-Recruitment: Analisis Minat Melamar Pekerjaan Pada Calon Karyawan/Pegawai Generasi Millenial

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kompensasi dan Erecruitment dapat menarik calon karyawan generasi millennial dalam bekerja dan apakah pemanfaatan internet yang telah menjadi pola hidup atau kebiasaan millennial dapat membantu mereka menemukan pekerjaan yang mereka inginkan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat melamar bekerja dan E-recruitment berpengaruh positif terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu menggunakan purposive sampling responden dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni Universitas Borneo Tarakan yaitu berjumlah 225 orang dari jurusan manajemen dan ekonomi pembangunan. Lalu dianalisis menggunakan Spss yaitu uji t. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan dan E-recruitment juga berpengaruh positif terhadap minat melamar pekerjaan.
