Pentingnya Business Innovation dalam Business Plan

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi membuat banyak manusia mengembangkan kreatifitasnya melalui berbagai cara. Dengan teknologi juga banyak bermunculan bisnis baru dalam lingkup yang sama. Tidak jarang dari mereka yang mengeluh akan bisnis yang tidak berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Dan pada akhirnya bisnis tersebut memiliki pemasukan yang sangat kecil atau bahkan sampai gulung tikar karena mengalami kerugian. Permasalahan pada sebelumnya dapat disebabkan oleh banyak hal, salah satunya adalah perencanaan bisnis yang salah. Pada umumnya perencanaan bisnis harus dilakukan sebelum merealisasikan bisnis menjadi nyata. Di lain hal dapat disebabkan karena bisnis tersebut cenderung sama dengan bisnis yang lain, dalam arti tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan yang dapat mendorong ketertarikan konsumen untuk mencoba produk atau layanan yang ditawarkan dari suatu bisnis.
