Abstract

This writing aims to find out how the influence of work motivation on employee performance productivity at PP BSI IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. In general, motivation is interpreted as encouragement based on a person's ability to meet his needs. To increase employee morale, the company must be able to provide the right motivation. Because the influence is very large in increasing or determining the size of an employee's achievement. Thus after the right motivation is expected employees can work more effectively and efficiently. Motivation is one of the important elements to increase the productivity of human work. Without motivation from the leadership, employees will lose enthusiasm for work and can lead to poor quality of the company. There are several factors that cause employees to become motivated, one of which is the motivation carried out by PP BSI IAIN's superiors, namely providing rewards for employees.Keywords : work motivation, effectiveness, productivity
