Abstract

WISHKA Company adalah usaha usaha yang bergerak di bidang jasa produksi tas clothing yang berlokasikan di Jl. Gempol no.2 RT 3 RW 9 Kec. Sukun, Malang, Jawa Timur. WISHKA Company perfokus pada produksi tas anak muda yang memiliki usaha clothing dengan kualitas dan model yang sangat baik sehingga dapat bersaing di pasar menengah atas dan juga menengah. Dengan pelayanan pada customer sebaik baiknya dengan mengerjakan sesuai deadline yang ditentukan membuat kepuasan dan kepercayaan pelanggan menjadi meningkat. Selain itu juga masih peduli dengan after sales kepada customer seperti bersedia mengganti ketika ada orderan yang tidak sesuai dan juga mungkin ada yang cacat. WISHKA Company selalu mengevalusi kekurangan dengan seiring berjalannya waktu membuat usaha ini mengalami peningkatan dari segi hasil produki dan juga managementnya.
