Abstract

Pangsit Mie Kudusan pada awalnya hanya bermula dari sebuah gerai pangsit mie sederhana yang berada di kota malang tepat nya di jalan Kudusan, Pangsit Mie Kudusan berdiri pada sekitar tahun 1970-an, yaitu 52 tahun yang lalu, hal ini yang menjadikan dasar bagi Pangsit Mie Kudusan sebagai salah satu kuliner legendaris di kota Malang. Selain memiliki rasa yang lebih enak dan gurih dari pada mie pangsit pada umumnya, Mie Kudusan juga memiliki tektur unik mie yang berbeda dari pada mie lainya, tektur Mie Kudusan lebih kenyal dan memiliki rasa yang istimewa ksehingga akan dapat menawarkan rasa yang menggiurkan selera. Hal ini yang menjadikan Pangsit Mie Kudusan dapat mampuh untuk tetap berdiri dan bertahan sampai lebih dari 50 tahun lamanya.
