Abstract

Syarat dasar mencegah penyalahgunaan kekuasaan sehingga memastikan bahwa kekuasaan digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan nasional maka perlu akuntabilitas. Maka diperlukan adanya struktur kepengurusan yang jelas dan jabatan tunggal agar tidak memicu adanya ketumpangtindihan tugas yang harus dilakukan oleh masing-masing peran. Hal yang harus dipersiapkan sejak awal adalah struktur kepengurusan sebab perencanaan program ini agar setiap bagian bagian dapat mempersiapkan segala jobdesk yang harus dilakukan dan memonitor semua persiapan yang dibutuhkan. Dengan adanya struktur kepengurusan yang jelas, sistematika pelaporan dan pertanggungjawaban juga akan lebih terurut dan terperinci melalui komando yang jelas. Evaluasi laporan yang diberikan haruslah faktual dan aktual. Sehingga penyalahgunaan kekuasaan dapat diminimalisir dan berjalan sesuai arah tujuan awal yang direncanakan. Kemudian, untuk melakukan update informasi terbaru haruslah dilakukan laporan secara berkala kepada pihak atasan maupun laporan kepada pihak yang berwenang sebagai wujud pertanggung jawaban atas program yang dilakukan.
