Abstract

Plato said that ideas are objective, according to him there are ideas that are independent of the thinking subject. Ideas do not depend on thinking, on the contrary it is thinking that depends on ideas. Ideas already exist and stand alone outside of our thinking. These ideas are related to one another. According to Plato, reality is divided into two worlds, the first being reason and the five senses. The first world is ideas and the second is the body. This explains that what is concrete is not what appears, what is concrete is just an idea. The research method used is a qualitative method. By describing Plato's philosophy in the world of ideas and looking at its values and meaning in Christianity by using literature studies.
