Abstract

Hadis Nabi diganggu oleh sejumlah masalah, beberapa di antaranya melibatkan kesalahpahaman dan masalah kualitas. Beberapa tradisi tampaknya bertentangan satu sama lain. Perlu untuk menunjukkan bahwa hadis ini tidak kontroversial dan tidak dapat diubah sebelum dapat dipraktikkan.Sebuah proses untuk memastikan adanya unsur ikhtilaf dalam hadis sehingga tidak ada yang bisa menemukan cara untuk memperbaikinya kecuali beberapa ulama yang ahli dalam hadis, fiqh dan ushul fiqh. Jadi tujuan dari metode ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara melengkapi sebuah hadis mukhtalif. Menggunakan pendekatan studi karakter, mengamati karya dan pemikirannya dalam hadis dan lainnya. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa metode jamak, nasakh dan tarjih digunakan dalam penjabaran hadis-hadis mukhtalif. Dalam hal ini perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap hadis mukhtalif ini, khususnya yang berkaitan dengan sumber-sumber ajaran Islam yang dijadikan tolok ukur atau tolok ukur standar hukum Islam.
