Pengaruh Pemberian Motivasi dari Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X SMKN 1 Nainggolan

Abstract

Pemberian motivasi kepada siswa bisa memberikan dampak positif sehingga siswa bisa memahami apa yang dipelajari dan menguasai serta mengingatnya dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Motivasi dipandang sebagai dorongan mental yang menggerakkan dan mengarahkan perilaku manusia termasuk perilaku belajar. Guru bisa melakukan berbagai strategi maupun inovasi dalam upaya mendorong minat, bakat, dan kreativitas siswa dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran dalam artian hasil belajar. Berdasarkan paparan tersebut, dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat hubungan yang erat antara pemberian motivasi dari guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Ketika seorang siswa mendapatkan motivasi dari guru, maka hasil belajarnya akan semakin baik.
