Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen adalah suatu kumpulan proses dimana sebuah data dapat diolah,dianalisis, dan ditampilkan agar data tersebut dapat berguna untuk kebutuhan suatu pengambilan keputusan. Sistem merupakan alat yang berguna untuk mengendalikan seluruh operasi perusahaan. Tujuan utama dari sistem informasi manajemen adalah mengumpulkan dan mengatur seluruh data dari tingkat terendah ke tingkat tertinggi dari perusahaan ,seperti meringkas, memfasilitasi, serta meningkatkan produktivitas dan profitabilitas dari sebuah perusahaan. Sistem informasi manajemen ini berbasis komputer seperti M.S excel atau platform yang lebih kompleks. Adapun data yang dapat diakses dan diolah secara internal maupun eksternal. Sehingga sistem informasi yang digunakan lebih mudah dijalankan.
