Abstract

During my graduate studies in the subject Strategic Planning and Control, my Professor imparted us the understanding and importance on how management framework about strategic development planning can bring us business innovation and future operational strategies. The Academic Development Planning Strategy (ADPS) is a scientific term on how we can identify strategic business planning mainly attributed to its academic purpose and by its management forecasts evaluation. And if we put this one in a management perspective, business development planning and ADPS, it really improves business correspondence, Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C) engagement, and organizational resilience. Stable companies in the academic sector usually develop at least 5 to 10 years from their business strategic planning. This is to improve their business goals and aspirations in the making. In some point, there are some companies who tried to look for experts to take care of their business planning processes. But there are also some managers, supervisors and executives in every sections of a company who does the business strategic planning depending on the management forecasts of their respective departments.
