Kepemimpinan Camat Dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Kerja Di Kantor Camat Baranti Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang

Abstract

Penelitian ini yang dibahas sebagai permasalahan adalah Bagaimana Kepemimpinan Camat dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Kerja di Kantor Camat Baranti Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Bagaimana Kepemimpinan Camat dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Kerja di Kantor Camat Baranti Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dan untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor apa yang memengaruhi Kepemimpinan Camat dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Kerja di Kantor Camat Baranti Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 44 orang, sedangkan sampel yaitu menggunakan sampel total berjumlah 44 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik (1) Observasi, (2) Wawancara (3) Kuisioner, dan (4) Studi Pustaka. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan tabel frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indikator Kepemimpinan Camat dengan capaian 67,5 % kategori baik, indikator disiplin kerja dengan capaian 68,5 % kategori baik, Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi Kepemimpinan Camat dalam Meningkatkan Disiplin Kerja di Kantor Camat Baranti Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang yaitu faktor kekuatan diri pemimpin 68 %, faktor kekuatan organisasi 68,33 %, faktor kekuatan situasi 67 %, dengan capaian 67,77 %, kategori baik.
