Abstract

Dampak peningkatan pajak tembakau terhadap petani tembakau dalam konteks sosial ekonomi tidak dapat diabaikan. Meskipun kenaikan pajak dapat memberikan pendapatan yang lebih tinggi bagi petani, dampaknya tidak selalu merata dan dapat menimbulkan tantangan bagi petani dengan akses pasar yang terbatas. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah harus memastikan kebijakan ini dilaksanakan dengan adil dan seimbang, serta menyediakan sistem pendukung yang kuat bagi petani dalam menghadapi perubahan sosial ekonomi yang terjadi
