Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah mengembangkan model persamaan struktural untuk menjelaskan hubungan yang kompleks antara media sosial dan kinerja perusahaan dengan memperkenalkan peran mediasi kepercayaan, kemampuan menjual dan kemampuan harga. Para manajer tersebut harus melihat adanya peluang besar di media sosial, dan mempelajari cara media sosial bekerja dan mampu memberikan hasil yang maksimal pada penjualannya. Artinya studi ini menjelaskan efek mediasi secara tersirat, bahwa dengan adanya mediasi dalam wujud rasa kepercayaan, belajar untuk mampu menjual barang/jasa di media sosial itu berdampak besar bahkan mungkin bisa menjadi penyumbang terbesarnya kinerja perusahaan. Mediasi tidak selalu berupa relasi, namun adanya sebuah cara untuk menjadi perantaranya/jembatan menuju perubahan yang lebih baik membuktikan bahwa efek mediasi akan mengiringi di belakangnya.
