Abstract

Keselarasan tujuan dalam suatu proses berarti tindakan-tindakan yang mengarahkan setiap anggota untuk menyelaraskan tujuan pribadinya masing-masing, sesuai dengan kepentingan perusahaan. Faktor Informal yang mempengaruhi keselarasan tujuan ini bisa berbentuk aspek eksternal dan internal. Faktor lain yang berpengaruh adalah sistem formal. Sistem tersebut dikelompokkan menjadi dua, yaitu: sistem pengendalian manajemen dan peraturan (rules). Proses pengendalian formal pada dasarnya meliputi tahap-tahap tertentu yang secara terus-menerus berjalan dari tahun ke tahun. Orang yang bertanggung jawab dalam merancang dan mengoperasikan sistem pengendalian manajemen disebut: controller. Jabatannya disebut: Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
