Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of self-efficacy, self-esteem, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank BPR JATIM Cabang Kediri. The population and sample in this study amounted to 31 employees. The sampling technique used a saturated sample. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate that partially self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank BPR JATIM Cabang Kediri as evidenced by the value of sig t of 0.038 <0.05. Partially, self-esteem has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the sig t value of 0.007 <0.05. Partially, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the sig t value of 0.000 <0.05. Simultaneously self-efficacy, self-esteem, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the sig t value of 0.000 <0.05
