Abstract

TRANSAKSI EKONOMI DALAM ISLAM 1.Pengertian Transaksi Merupakan tindakan yang melibatkan setidaknya 2 pihak yang mengakibatkan berkurang maupun bertambahnya harta yang dimiliki dengan melakukan pertukaran maupun cara lain atas dasar suka sama suka yang saling menguntungkan kedua belah pihak. 2.Pengertian Muamalah Muamalah adalah bagian dari hukum Islam yang berkaitan dengan hak dan harta yang muncul dari transaksi antara seseorang dengan orang lain, atau antara badan hukum yang satu dengan badan hukum yang lainnya. 3.Hukum Pelaksanaan Ekonomi Islam Menjalankan hukum ekonomi berdasarkan syariah Islam adalah suatu kewajiban. Tidak ada satupun aturan islam yang bisa atau layak manusia tantang. Karena ada berbagai dampak dan masalah jika manusia tidak melaksnaakan perintah Allah satu saja. Melalaikan perintah Allah. berdasarkan syariah, tentu yang rugi adalah manusia, bukan Allah atau yang lainnya.
